TFO Group Offices

TFO Group is a European leader in direct sales consultancy, operations, and technology, with over 40 international locations. For their Sandyford office, we were asked to create environmental graphics that reflected both their global reach and their company values.

The brief called for a clean, modern aesthetic — with a special request to bring warmth into the windowless canteen. Our solution included a stylised world map where their expanding footprint can be marked over time, reinforcing a sense of progress and pride. To brighten the canteen, we installed a large, light-filled landscape graphic, transforming the space entirely.

We also designed and installed a set of acrylic plaques displaying TFO’s core values, along with a bold wall vinyl featuring their BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), acting as a daily reminder of the company’s ambition and direction.
